We would be grateful if you would return your boat by 9am at the latest (or 5pm for weekend break) so that we have enough time to prepare it and do the necessary checks ready for the next crew.
With this in mind, we often suggest that it is a good idea to return to the base the evening before your return date – that way it’ll save you rushing about so much in the morning!
- Please bring back all hired or rented equipment.
- Be ready to pay for the fuel you’ve used during your holiday.
- After going through the inventory, we will return your deposit as long as the boat and its equipment are returned in clean, working order at the time and place agreed on.
- Lastly, in order to help us continually improve our holidays please complete and return the customer satisfaction questionnaire.
